Anthony Crocco joined Metrostudy in 1998, and is responsible for all of Metrostudy’s Orlando/Jacksonville operations including surveying, consulting and managing local client relationships. He has tracked markets throughout Florida and other areas of the Southeast for most of his professional career, developing expertise in research design, market data trend analysis, site selection and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Metrostudy, Mr. Crocco gained extensive national experience in the acquisition, development, financing and management of golf course and golf related real estate development projects. He served as president of his own firm, Golf Economic Services, Inc., from 1992 to 1998, underwriting over $40 million in golf facility development and acquisition financing and conducting operating audits for developer, management company and lender clients. From 1986-1991, he managed consumer and golf course related research efforts and conducted over 100 project financing analyses nationwide for the National Golf Foundation and related entities. A 1983 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Crocco has a Bachelors degree in business administration and has completed graduate studies in building construction at the University of Florida.
