Justin Caron is Vice President, Membership Services of Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company. He is responsible for our member engagement and analytics programs, as well as the customer support and training teams. Mr. Caron leads the delivery of outreach programs that encourage customers to engage deeply and broadly with all Metrostudy products and services. He works with product management and customers to conceptualize new products, services, and programs which enhance the value delivered by Metrostudy and owns the end to end “member experience.” Prior to joining Metrostudy, Justin Caron’s career spanned ten years implementing service programs, most recently at MAPI and prior to that, at the Corporate Executive Board Company, the world’s leading member-based advisory company. Caron has authored numerous white papers on best practices and management challenges, including “Driving Down Costs and Improving Quality with Shared Services,” The Measurement of Sales Force Effectiveness,” and “Value Selling,” to name a few. He has also conducted highly-rated custom benchmarking projects on topics such as customer solutions and member engagement. Mr. Caron received his B.S. from Old Dominion University and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
