Ryan Brault, Director of Metrostudy’s Phoenix and Tucson Region, has been involved in the world of real estate and economic strategy and research for over 15 years, first working on the governmental side in economic development and planning and then on the builder side for national homebuilders. Before Metrostudy, Ryan worked for Pulte Group where he served as Project Manager, Acquisitions & Strategic Marketing in their Arizona division and was responsible for determining the feasibility of land deals, coming up with ideal product and positioning strategies, and overall Division land and community strategies for both Phoenix and Tucson markets. He was also a market consultant with Opendoor, using market analysis to determine valuations of hundreds of homes throughout the Phoenix market. Prior to his time with Pulte and Opendoor, Ryan spent three years as Senior Market Feasibility Analyst with Meritage Homes where he focused on land deal underwriting and market research in the West Region (including Phoenix and Tucson) and undertook many special research projects for their corporate office. Ryan also spent over a decade in the economic development and planning fields in both Illinois and Arizona where he conducted numerous fiscal impact and development studies, worked with site selectors, created economic growth plans, managed redevelopment projects, and was involved in organizations such as International Council of Shopping Centers, American Planning Association (attaining the AICP designation), and Urban Land Institute. Additionally, Ryan received his Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois and is a graduate of the Masters of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State. He brings a strong knowledge of the local markets, multiple unique perspectives, and a high level of value to our clients.
