Chris Huecksteadt, with Metrostudy since 1990, has earned a reputation in the Midwest for thorough analysis and thoughtful insight into the many factors that affect the success of residential and commercial developments. Prior to his coming to Chicago in 1997, he worked with the company in Houston, Louisville, and Minneapolis.

Mr. Huecksteadt regularly meets and consults with many of the top homebuilders in the Chicago & Indianapolis markets as well as lenders, private investors, public utilities, and governmental institutions concerning trends in the Midwest economy and their effect on real estate values and the demand for housing throughout the region. He frequently speaks to industry and professional groups interested in his unique insight into the current status of the industry and his accurate forecasts of future trends. These events include the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago's Housing Market Forum, the Residential Construction Employers Council's Economic and Housing Market Forecast, and the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association statewide forum.

Mr. Huecksteadt is a graduate of Wartburg College, and is affiliated with many professional and academic associations including the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, the National Association of Home Builders, and the American Philosophical Association.
