Kenneth Wenhold is the Regional Director for Metrostudy in the Mid-Atlantic States, which include Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. Mr. Wenhold attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with honors with a degree in Economics. He has over two decades of experience in assisting homebuilders, developers and lenders make the most of their opportunities while minimizing potential risks. Over that time he has worked on hundreds of projects, ranging from small infill neighborhoods to mixed use office and retail developments to large amenity-oriented master planned communities which encompass thousands of acres. He is often quoted in the media as an expert in real estate development trends, including USA Today, the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the Atlanta Journal as well as in various trade publications.
Previous to this position, Mr. Wenhold directed Metrostudy’s consulting division for the Atlantic Region, creating strategic planning initiatives, market studies and financial analyses for new developments located throughout the eastern United States. His specialties include mixed use residential communities, resort developments and studying best neo-traditional development practices.
