Mr. Boud is a popular public speaker and industry panelist, and is actively involved in many building industry trade organizations.

Mollie Carmichael – Principal, Meyers Research, LLC
Mollie has been a leading real estate strategist throughout the country for more than 30 years with many of the nation’s most sophisticated home builders, community developers, building product manufacturers, financial institutions, land planners, and architectural firms.  Her experience includes multi-million dollar investment strategies with acquisitions, product development, masterplan and product development, business planning, market expansion planning, and more.  Mollie is most known for her leading national research on community and product innovation with consumer insights.
ObrienMary Kaye O’Brien – Insights Director, Zillow Group
Mary Kaye O’Brien is the director and founding member of customer insights at Zillow Group. She brings insights to life in a way that inspires and informs all aspects of the business. Mary Kaye has over 30 years of experience helping companies create holistic views of their customers and brands using a variety of research techniques. Prior to joining Zillow Group, Mary Kaye lead consumer research efforts as a vice president at Ipsos Research. Previously, she was director of brand and market research at Expedia Inc. Mary Kaye has a Master of Arts in experimental social psychology from Drake University.

Paige Shipp is a strategic-thinker dedicated to distilling insights from consumer data to influence strategy throughout the customer lifecycle. Throughout her 20 years in real estate, Paige played an instrumental role in creating innovative and engaging communities for some of the nation’s largest developers and builders.  As the Director of Consumer Segmentation for Metrostudy, Paige is passionate about consumer-centric data solutions as the foundation for successful homebuilding and development.  Additionally, as the Regional Director for Dallas-Ft. Worth, Paige works with homebuilders, developers and lenders to make informed decisions by analyzing and interpreting Metrostudy’s extensive proprietary data and research.

Tim has more than 33 years experience in analyzing and valuing real estate development opportunities all over the United States and Latin America.
