Metrostudy Expands Presence with Hire of Seasoned Sales Executive Pergola and Promotion of Nolan Christian

Pergola as Strategic Account Director and promoted Nolan Christian to Vice President, Strategic Accounts.
Based in New Jersey, Pergola will help homebuilders, developers, financial institutions and related professionals leverage Metrostudy’s proprietary data in order to help them make the right long-term investment decisions. Pergola comes to Metrostudy from Meyers Research and has spent most of her career in the new home construction industry, to include the daily management and operations of the new homes division of Weichert New Homes in Morris Plains, NJ.
Christian, who has been with the company for over a decade, is responsible for working with Metrostudy’s largest clientele to help them understand market conditions, areas of opportunity, and improved methods for using business intelligence to meet their organization’s strategic objectives. He also plays a critical role in both product innovation and custom solutions, and is the lead member focused on mortgage finance solutions. Christian will oversee the growth of all strategic accounts nationally with Pergola focused on the East Coast.
