Metrostudy Hires Mike Overley to Lead Business Development in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi

Seasoned Real Estate Executive Appointed to Help Drive New Revenue Growth for Nation’s Leading Housing Data Provider

WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 24, 2015) — Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company and the leading provider of primary and secondary market information to the housing and related industries nationwide, has appointed Mike Overley as Director of Business Development covering Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.

Based in Atlanta, Mr. Overley will help homebuilders, developers, lenders and related professionals leverage Metrostudy’s proprietary data in order to help them make the right long-term investment decisions.   With more than 20 years in the real estate data industry, Overley began his career as founder of Real Estate Data Concepts, Atlanta’s first online source for comprehensive commercial and residential real estate information.   After selling that company he spent five years with Comps Inc. as national sales director, launching over a dozen markets across the nation prior to its sale to Costar in 2000.    In addition to his start-ups and subsequent sales and mergers, he held executive positions at The Dorey Companies, CoStar Group, Infinite Marketing Strategies and Hanley Wood Market Intelligence.  Most recently, Mike held the position of regional director of Xceligent, a leading provider of commercial real estate information based in Kansas City.
