Metrostudy Expands Education Segment with Hire of Tam
Washington, D.C. – August 14, 2018 – Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company and the leading provider of primary and secondary market information to the housing and related industries nationwide, has hired Russel Tam as Director of Business Development, Education Segment. Based in San Francisco, Tam will also assist in work collaboratively with Budd Brumbaugh, Director of Business Development, to optimize growth opportunities in Northern California.

Most recently, Tam was the Regional Sales Director for the Northern California and Colorado regions for Meyers Research. Prior to Meyers Research, Tam owned his own Real Estate brokerage for 15 years, and was a platinum top 50 realtor five years in a row in the Austin, TX market. Tam has over 21 years of sales, management, automation and distribution experience and has served in leadership positions at Harting Inc., DELL and Rockwell Automation.
