After graduating from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and earning a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, Rosemary’s homebuilding career began in 2001. Initially working as an analyst for a regional home builder operating in the metro Washington, DC market, she progressed to a brief stint in product development. Rosemary then spent several years providing consulting services for homebuilders, developers, and investors in an expanding territory (including the Baltimore region, the Chicago area, the Delaware beaches, Pensacola, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, and even Fargo, North Dakota). Specializing in feasibility studies for pending land acquisitions, Rosemary also regularly prepares repositioning studies, land bank documents, pipeline studies, highest and best use analysis, and a wide variety of customized research and analysis over a broad spectrum of home building concerns. Rosemary joined Metrostudy in early 2018, primarily consulting in the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas regions.
