Russell has a track record of delivering top results, capitalizing on competitive opportunities, and building high performing teams. Russell brings a diverse and multifaceted point of view within our industry and has a proven track record of high performance. His expertise in driving growth, building relationships and customer intimacy position him well to lead our Education Segment. Most recently, Russell was the Regional Sales Director for the Northern California and Colorado regions for Meyers Research. In this role, he marketed cloud-hosted data analytics software to C-suite executives, data analyst and end users; negotiating national contracts and managing product deployment and training across the country. While at Meyers Research, he worked with cross functional teams to help customer adoption of their full portfolio suite. Russell implemented strategies for sales and software growth in key accounts and business development in competitively held accounts. He mentored 6 sales directors and is constantly giving back to his community. Previous to Myers Research, Russell owned his own Real Estate brokerage for 15 years, and was a Platinum top 50 Realtor five years in a row in the Austin, TX market. With over 21 years of sales, management, channels, automation and distribution experience, Russell is a veteran in the industry, and has also served in leadership positions at Harting Inc., DELL and Rockwell Automation.
