As Austin Regional Director for Zonda Advisory, Vaike O’Grady provides expertise to her clients with data, research, analysis, and consulting services related to housing and residential construction. Vaike is a real estate veteran, having worked with developers and homebuilders across five states in a variety of market conditions. She joined Zonda Advisory in 2016. Vaike actively participates in several industry associations and non-profit organizations, including holding leadership roles at ULI Austin, the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
